Appointments and Cancellations

We reserve time specifically for you when you book an appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment we would appreciate at least 48 hours notice. We welcome new patients and always make room for your family and friends.

Fees and Payments

We want our patient to be able to comfortably afford dental care. We will gladly discuss financial arrangements with you before beginning your treatment. We use the Alberta Dental Association Fee Guide as a guideline for our fees. Some charges vary from the suggested guide. Payment is generally expected when services are rendered. Payment options are offered prior to initiating any dental treatment.

Insurance

Insurance forms are completed as a service. Our office is computerized and the forms are generated automatically. Please keep the front desk informed of any changes in insurance information. Remember insurance companies do not cover fees for all dental services, and insurance coverage may not meet your dental needs.
